Salsa Verde (green hot suace)

Ingredients

      6 tomatillos

      4 jalapeños and/or chiles seranos

      half or less of an onion

      a small bundel of cilantro

      enough water to boil jalapeños and tomatillos in

      a pinch of salt

      * add more or less of the ngredients for your liking or amount of suace

Cooking Instructions

     1.wash off the tomatillos, jalapeños, onion, cilantro

     2.boil the water with the jalapeños, and tomatillos in it

     3.once the tomatillos are tender pour the contents of the pot into the blender

     4.(depending on how chunky or watery you want the suace drain some of the water or not)

     5.add the rest of the ingredients to the blender  

     6.blend and serve
